Design

• construction pipe longitudinally welded EN 10 219, 3 mm thick
• drawn steel round dia. 20 mm, h9, cl. 11109
• rubber discs / discs 68 +/- Shore A in diameter 89, 108, 133, 159 mm
• steel lids from deeply drawn plate, 2 mm thick, welded to the roller body (their design may vary depending on the roller diameter)
• bearing 6204 2RS C3
• four-part labyrinth seal with a cap in ZN design (galvanized sheet)
• securing ring for the shaft D20
• surface finish RAL 5015 blue (version with securing rings in a surface finish: black RAL 9005)

It can be supplied with rings to prevent the rollers from sliding along the cylinder body
