Design

• construction pipe longitudinally welded EN 10 219, 3 mm thick
• drawn steel round dia. 20 mm, h9, cl. 11109
• rubber wheels / wheels 68 +/- Shore A 89, 108, 133 or 159 mm in diameter
• steel lids from deeply drawn plate 2 mm thick, welded to the roller body (their design may vary depending on the roller diameter)
• bearing 6204 2RS C3
• four-part labyrinth seal with cap in ZN design (galvanized sheet)
• securing ring for shaft D20
• surface finish RAL 9005 black

It can be supplied with rings to prevent the rollers from sliding along the cylinder body
